Haven’t seen this posted. Just wanted to let all you Pride fans know that the Bushido Middleweight tournament will be shown on FSN this Sunday. This is usually a PPV event so this is pretty big news. Among the noteable fighters will be Dan Henderson and Dennis Kang in the tourney, and Gomi will be fighting in the lightweight tournament as well.
Yup, yup.
Dennis Kang vs Suolev is going to be awesome. Kang is the future of the 185 pound class. I’ve never seen someone with so much knowledge so fast. Suolev is no slouch either, since he started working with Fedor and company at Red Devil he’s looked good. A little hesitant in his last fight, but I think the aggression was toned down in general at the first round of the Bushido tournament for some reason.
Hendo-Misaki, Hendo will blow him up. He looked like “Decision Dan” in fight with Misaki earlier this year, but will come in to play for keeps. I just wish more people in the USA knew about one of the best fighters in the world from their own country.
As far as freakshows go, Minowa-Butterbean will be hilarious. That’s about a hundred times better than watching Giant Silva, which just made me sad inside.

Dennis Kang? The future of the 185 pound division is here. Forget Anderson Silva, Kang is the real deal. The way he handled Suolev was sickening. He’s the man.
