Actually, I don’t think you are the least bit entertained. When you post about Trump I can almost see the spittle coming from your mouth during your usual rants- not pretty. As for answering my posts, a few posts back you said you didn’t care what I had to say and yet…you keep on responding, not very well but you keep on responding.
Thank you for caring.
And by the way let me know if you ever want to stand behind any of your not very well thought out political observations in the form of a bet. OUCH not that again…
This is idiotic - how do you “back” political opinions that aren’t making predictions?
What exactly did you do to “back” your thought that Rubio was the best option? How do you pass the test you want to impose on everyone else?
Re: the 2016 election: I’m not making any predictions - who would at this point? There is an enormous wild card in the investigation of Hillary, and until we know how that shakes out, any specific predictions are hot gas.
You have said on this site that you don’t believe Trump will win the Presidency. I am asking you to bet with me as I disagree with you. In case you are not aware many men through out history have wagered on their political beliefs and predictions.
I never predicted that Rubio WOULD become President. I simply said that he was my first choice as in I supported him.

Fair enough if you are saying that you have no idea who will get elected then there is nothing to bet on. But prior to this (a few months back) I believe you were predicting that Trump would not only never become President but he would not even get the republican nomination. I also think you posted a few times that Hillary is going to get elected to the Presidency. And that is what we would be betting on if you still had those beliefs.
Let me ask you something : theoretically if a Muslim ban could work would you be in favour of it?
Also I don’t think you’re an idiot for not picking up Trumps persuasion tactics you just don’t have an eye for it. I recommend you check out scott adams blog (creator of dilbert). He blogs daily about Trumps tactics. Adams for the record is a bernie Sanders supporter.
It’s not theoretically possibly, but no I am not in favor of a ban on Muslims even if it were. Just like I’m not in favor of banning guns because of violence perpetrated by guns, the Irish because of the IRA, Chechens because of Chechen terrorists, the Japanese because of the yakuzi or war crimes during WWII, or etc… I don’t believe in punishing an entire group for the actions of a few.
Just kill the few (in this case).
I understand why Trump says outrageous things, that doesn’t make it anything less than ridiculous. He’s a bully.
I don’t believe in punishing those who are already here, but what benefit is it to the US in allowing more to come to the country? Are they culturally compatible with white and black americans?
If you (I don’t know if you do) support bombing muslim countries then how can you logically be against banning them from entering your country? Is it smart to let muslims especially military age men into your country while your government is bombing their homeland?
Muslims are the historical enemies of Christians and their religious texts overtly command them to dominate non-muslims.
If you are a black american weary of whites due to their history of slavery you should then also be weary of muslims. Muslim enslaved blacks and were way more brutal than white slave owners. Fun fact: muslims would routinely castrate their black slaves
There are Muslim that hail from England that contribute to our economy. Are we going to shut off India? They’ve got almost 200M muslims. How about the millions of Chinese Muslims? The only possible way to ensure a Muslim ban would be to close the borders, period. Not even an incredibly dangerous anti-freedom database would do the job.
I am for killing enemy combatants regardless of their religion not whole sale carpet bombing predominantly Muslim nations.
I also wanted to highlight this part of your post. I’m curious, assuming a ban is possible and carried out, if you think the Muslims already here would be left alone or targeted for their religion? Because I’ve gotta tell you, history favors the later.
There’s nothing for you to let go. I don’t do idiotic internet bets - if I make a prediction, its value isn’t made stronger by agreeing to do something over the Internet with a stranger. I turn out to be right or wrong, and “betting” on it doesn’t change anything or make my prediction more sincere. It’s stupid.
But even I was inclined to do so, such a bet would have to be with someone I had enough respect for to believe they’d honor the deal.
I understand “I ain’t that person” But I am the person that you seem to post an awful lot back and forth with lately. You like to think that you can put me in my place, or shut me up, or whatever it is you think you’re doing. You have time for that and you care enough about my opinion to type out a retort. What you should do is what I have done with 3 posters, place them on ignore. I do this because I don’t really care what they have to say…about anything. Either way what I post matters enough to you so that you respond. But…not enough to stand behind what you are claiming will happen. I understand Chico.
No system would be perfect and but I would start with disallowing all visas/green cards to islamic countries officially run under islamic law.
The important thing to realize he’s bringing the issue to light. Do you not see what’s happening in Europe as a warning sign to the US?
By the way Japan already makes it difficult for muslims to come to their countries, and guess how many Islamic terror attacks occur in Japan?
"The official policy of Japan is not to give citizenship to Muslims who come to Japan, and even permits for permanent residency are given sparingly to Muslims.
Japan forbids exhorting people to adopt the religion of Islam (Dawah), and any Muslim who actively encourages conversion to Islam is seen as proselytizing to a foreign and undesirable culture. Few academic institutions teach the Arabic language. It is very difficult to import books of the Qur’an to Japan, and Muslims who come to Japan, are usually employees of foreign companies. In Japan there are very few mosques. The official policy of the Japanese authorities is to make every effort not to allow entry to Muslims, even if they are physicians, engineers and managers sent by foreign companies that are active in the region. Japanese society expects Muslim men to pray at home."
Alternatively if they are unhappy with the way the US becomes culturally after the implementation of policy they can happily return to their islamic state homeland. Hint: even a “bigoted” USA is 100000x better to live in than an Islamic state
