For the rest of the world it should be OK?
Also, I hope that isn’t all that you thought from my post. This article was in reference to American politicians and since this is an international forum, the only ‘you(plural)’ that I would be referring to would be Americans as who you’re the one’s who vote for these bastards. I wanted to make that clear. Quit nitpicking, put your patriotism down, and do something about this problem.
Just out of curiosity. What bastion of political integrity are you commenting from?
Canada. If you’d like to discuss the problems in Canadian politics, you’re more than welcome to do so.
I see. Canada. No corruption there in politics, I’m sure.

Sorry, pal, but I DO get the point of your post and I’m sure you get the point of mine. You have lumber in your eye but seem not to focus on that but rather look for it in the eyes of others, particularly your older brother Uncle Sam.

You wanna be intellectually honest you post something along the lines of this, “We Canadians and Americans should have a law that should make politicians face the death penalty for this kind of shit.”
I agree with you completely, however this article wasn’t about Canadian politics or Canadian politicians, and you don’t(or at least I don’t) hear about the same level of corruption in Canadian politics as you do in American. I didn’t mention Canadian politics as this thread isn’t about Canadian politics, although it certainly could be in an indirect manner.

But yeah, I absolutely agree with you about having the same standard for each of our countries politicians, and I’m sure other countries wouldn’t mind adopting the same policy.

We have much more in common than we don’t. I’m pretty sure that’s one of the biggest reasons why we have the largest undefended(I’m sure a different term could be applied here, but I hope you get the jist of what I’m saying) border in the world.

Hey, I could point you to a view scandals.

There are even newspaper articles and such, demanding action by the state attorneys, pestering them until they actually did something, including publishing whole deals that were struck, telephone recordings and whatnot.

Our ex finance minister will do hard time, I am pretty sure of that.

And that is something that you do not get easily in Austria.

Plus, he is a public joke now.

Jelly?

Care to elaborate on that?
