im out of town for a week,
Im pinning 75mg Test E e3,5d with insulin Syringes.
Can i preload 2 Syringes and use them without risking an infection`?
Yes. I preload all of mine, usually 8 or 10 at a time because I can only get glass amps here. I pull the plunger and backload from a bigger draw needle. The caps donāt come off of the injection needles until itās time to use it. Everything is clean and new and in a stable environment when I load them and there are zero issues. Wash your hands before you start and donāt touch anything that will be in direst contact with the test. Like the end of the plunger.

I backloaded them and a little bit oil came out of the needle when i put back in the plunger.
Is this a concern?
Not really. I usually put the plunger in place put point the needle up and let the suspension flow down away from the tip before I really push it in
