It’s strange that my Preg levels are soooo low, but my DHEA levels were normal.

That’s why I agree with @physioLojik. Unless I have dx adrenal insufficiency i don’t think I’ll supplement. The body knows what it is Doing.

only use DHEA if your levels are severely difficent - which if they are indicates adrenal issues. If you eat adequate cholesterol you should not need pregnenolone
