Pre-V-Diet Diet?

Hello, my question is actually more about going between two diets. I am currently finishing up with a low-carb (under 30g daily) diet phase, and I am very happy with the results. Now, however, I plan on taking about a month off to eat at maintanence level calories before starting a V-Diet mid-March.

My question is this: during my month off would it be better to just increase calories, or to increase my carbs as well? I am trying to make sure I undo any metabolic damage I’ve done with my last diet, and to make sure I’m primed to get the best possible results from my V-Diet. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I followed a cyclical carb period after my first run on the v-diet to the second, consuming maintanence level calories and cycling carbs (High carbs, low fat, moderate protein) on the weekends too really get my metabolism going then went head first into the diet again. Seems to be working very well. You don’t really kick your body out of low carbs enough that it adjusts but you sorta confuse it so the metabolism stays up.
