I like the pre-workout coffee and date. Personally I like the surge workout fuel for pre/intra workout. And post workout is usually protein, maybe more carbs if it was a hard session. I think as long as you’re getting protein post workout, that’s what matters most. Peanut butter toast wouldn’t be my first choice for a post-workout meal, but if you feel it’s working for you, then stick with it. I like consuming more protein post workout such as in real food. Maybe some carbs like white rice/bread/potato
