I need to praise John Berardi’s gourmet nutrition (plus the other guy who wrote it). Excellent book John, definately the most worthwhile nutrition book ive ever purchased. its never been easier or tastier to eat healthy! gone are the days of bland tuna and chicken breasts. Well done.
I agree. I’ve only made a few of the recipes so far, but they are great. If another one ever comes out, I’m all over it.
My cheat meal the other day: Chicago Deep Dish Pizza (with chicken instead of beef) on page 132 (I think.)

Right on about GN. My wife and I just got GN2 in the mail last week and it surely helps to have more combos than we really know what to do with. We started GN out last fall and worked our way into it, getting used to the planning and preparing and such.
Now that we have the method down and we are in a rhythm, I hate to say it, since the New Year (I did keep my resolutions to myself), with intense training sessions the fat is beginning to melt. She’s happy because there’s taste and presentation, I’m happy because I know what is in it. It rocks.
