Powerlifting Cycle 10 Weeks Out

Long time lurker first time poster here looking for any anecdotal discussion in dosing timelines approaching competition.

Stats:
-185cm / 96kg / 24yo/ training for 5 years/ — powerlifting for 1 year
Comp lifts 250/165/270 @100kg

This will be my first intermediate comp approaching in 10 weeks time. I have previously run a basic T cycle (TRT level) and a more recent cycle which consisted of Sust, Deca and EQ however not Deca and EQ simultaneously.

Current cycle is proposed as follows:

Week 1-4
Test E @ 350mg p/w
NPP @ 200mg p/w

Week 4-8
Test E @ 500mg p/w
NPP @ 300mg p/w
EQ @ 200mg p/w

Week 8-12 (HCG Weeks 10-12 500iu p/w)

Test E @ 750mg p/w
NPP @ 300mg p/w
EQ @ 200mg p/w

Adex on hand should sides arise @ .5mg e3d

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10

Question being as comp approaches closer, would higher Test E dosages be more suitable with roughly half the dose in NPP? Same goes for EQ doses?

Really interested to know any powerlifters individual experiences leading up to comp!

I think you could simplify things. I’d just run everything at a consistent level from the beginning.

I don’t think you will get much benefit from the EQ. It looks like you’d be running it from week 4 until week 12, but your comp is week 10, so 6 weeks. At that dose and that duration it isn’t worth it IMO. If you want to use it, start it from the beginning, and use about double. Or drop it. EQ makes PCT tough because the ester is so long.

I’d start at 0.25 mg e3d, but I know how I respond to adex. If you know what you’re doing this is fine, otherwise I’d start a bit lower.

Do you hold a lot of water? Do you plan on cutting a bit of weight to 100 kg? The NPP may bloat you.

IDK, if it was me, I probably wouldn’t mess with NPP. I’d run Test at a decent dose, then a dry oral (probably Tbol) going into the meet. If I was going to run two injectable compounds I’d do Test and EQ. Probably like 750 and 500 mg each if I was really trying to do well in the meet, with the dry oral for the last 4-6 weeks. For the record, I haven’t ever run any injectable other than Test. I figure just running a lot of Test can different effects if one knows how to use an AI. It can bloat you up, or you can be fairly dry depending on what you need. Of course bloating is good for the squat and bench. If you need to stay dry to make weight, you could use some wet orals, and a bunch of salt, liquid and carbs to bloat up. This of course works better if you get a 24 hour weigh in.
