that ache in your leg is your bodies way of telling you it doesn’t like being a runway model. it NEEDS chinese food and lots of it. eat and you will feel fine.

Lol, I’m definitely not being a runway model. Just trying to lean up a bit and stay near the 240 weight class. I ate so much this weekend, lol. I am feeling much better though.
Had chinese, went out saturday had a huge dinner and two deserts, then last night had another big dinner and brownies with ice cream, lol. Ohhhhhhh god I love food and deserts. I could become obese so fast if I let myself.
The 400 barrier has fallen!! Definitely not the cleanest rep, but after 385 I just had to attempt 400.
These last several months I’ve really started to figure out how to make my own bench go up. It feels pretty rewarding to know that I am learning that. Now to start focusing on my squat…
Did this yesterday. Haven’t felt like posting up all my training since it’s kind of boring and random. Going on vacation next week then I will probably start logging it all again when I get back.

i’ve been eagerly awaiting your training jowee… definitely getting strong like bull.
those deads are looking really good. [/quote]
Yeah, it’s been a month since that deadlift and I haven’t really bothered posting my training. I was about 240 in that deadlift video, down from 255 a month before.
This morning I weighed in at 226…
My strength is holding up alright so far… bench strength is down, deadlift is down a bit but I think that’s mostly due to training without carbs.
My plan is to drop down to 215 or 210 if my weight loss keeps going well. Then I will try to maintain 220-225 so I can compete in 220 at my next competition.
I’m getting in pretty good shape, but my main goal is still to keep my strength up while doing so. I think I should be done with dieting within the next month, then I’ll have a couple months to train while eating more before my competition.
My next goals will be to hit my current PR’s, but in the 220 class.
To shorten all that up, I’m trying to become a runway model but still stay strong like bull.
Last but not least… a video a friend of mine made. I had one night where I drank way too much. I don’t remember leaving the boat and going to dinner. The video is of me waking up at dinner and after a couple minutes I felt fine, lol.
The end of the video we went cliff diving, and I did the superman pose… then had the great idea of putting it in reverse.

Lol, well I haven’t actually gone out and bought a mankini yet, but soon… soon!
Just thought I would say I’ve been doing carb back loading for a couple weeks now, and maintaining my weight at 225. Startin to ‘feel’ stronger again and weights are going up again.
I’m planning a competition on Sep 9th, and it’s a 24 hour weigh-in, and my goal is to compete at 220. Hoping the strength gains keep coming quickly as I feel like I am back in the groove now. Carb back loading is awesome.
