I was pleasantly surprised to see her pics up here. I didn’t know she was well known.
She trains at Gold’s Gym in Venice, where I also train. She’s very impressive to watch, doing weighted chins, etc. very controlled movements.
And is quite a contrast to the steroided FeMan freaks that also populate the gym.
The other day I asked her how much cardio she does. She said up to 90 mins a day, because if she does less than that she can’t eat like she wants to eat. Her diet has to be too tight and it’s not fun.
