They should identify the subject of the photo in the alt text. That would be very nice.

Right click the photo and save as or just drag it to your desktop.

As for the names … seems like 97% of sites never care to add the information. I wonder why. What a wonderful way to boost traffic.
On the other hand, tagging that name is an excellent way to drive people out of your site if you don’t host the images, so that’s probably why admins never do it.
