one of my sleeves…alot of biomech craziness…had to cover some old garbage so certain directions had to be taken…jsut finished the other sleeve but have no good pics yet

The biomech is what I plan for my right half sleeve. Due to work I can only go with half sleeves.

I am a regional manager for a occupational staffing company. I meet CEO’s and HR managers all the time. Now I wear button up shirt, jeans and steal toe boots. I roll up the sleeves on my shirt to the elbow, cause in Houston it is fucking hot. Personally I cant stand wearing shirts to the wrist even in formal setting I am always waiting to roll up my sleeves.
