LOL couldn’t we all? I’ve tried weighing/measuring my food over the past month. It made a small difference and granted its only been a month, but its such a boring lifestyle. I also cut out booze but I just can’t do it much longer. We don’t complete so why not enjoy life and find the happy median?
Thank you. Question for you @Singhbuilder, how much var were you running during your last blast? I just picked up some more and plan on 50mg/day. The last time I ran 100/day and got serious muscle pain (not cramps, just pain)
I need to be more patient (not my best quality) and run a lower dose for longer. This time I plan on running for 8 weeks. And yes, I do have TUDCA and NAC on hand
I was super excited to run some Var for the first time. However now I’m perplexed. Ive seen several recent posts about it negatively affecting libido and my libido is sensitive. Any thoughts?
It did not affect me that way. As we know by now, we all react differently. Chemically, I’m not sure why it would affect libido. Maybe @unreal24278 can give some insight.
