I was wondering if its possible to calculate my free testosteron values from my total testosterone and my SHBG values. I know my SHGB and total testosteron but i didnt test for free testosterone.
Is there some kind of formula to do this and is it as accurate as testing for free testosterone?

Another thing…In terms of accuracy, is the following the same:
a) Getting a “free testosterone” blood test
b) Getting a “total testosterone” and “SHBG” blood test and then calculating the “free testosterone”
