Possible Infection?

So I took test C 250mg 5 days ago, yesterday I saw that my arm/bicep was red and a little warm, also the skin feels a bit tight.

I took the test with a 1 inch needle in the deltoid.

Could this be a infection?

I’m going to apologize in advance, I’m struggling to be nice here.

Are you on “TRT” or are you blasting?

I don’t see anything but an untrained individual’s arm/shoulder.

1/2" is usually fine for shoulders. Id be more concerned about bouncing that 1" lance off a bone in your state.

Why are you on steroids?

I have generally low test, and getting trt prescribed in my country is almost impossible. That’s why I mixture with test, my post is not about that, my post is wether I have a infection or not, I always use clean needles, clean wipes before and after, I especially feel hot around the side of the bicep, not where I injected.

Sounds legit. So does TRT at 250mg/wk.

Your pictures show nothing but a regular guy with a regular - unremarkable - arm. If you’re that concerned, go to urgent care as mentioned above.

I’d be more concerned with your dosing and how long you’ll have to be doing this, were I in your shoes.

I will tell you what I would do. This is not a recommendation for anyone else.
I would hope the situation would rectify itself. Your body should do well fighting typical infections, if that is what it is.
But I would monitor how it feels and whether you can use it without discomfort.
At the same time I would be monitoring my basal body temperature. If it gets above the mid-99 degrees, I would go to the ER. Your body is losing the battle and needs some assistance.

Next, be sure you are injecting the testosterone into muscle tissue or subcutaneous. Your shoulder is a poor location to find muscle tissue. Use your glutes or do it subcutaneous.

I wish you the best.
The safest thing to do is go to the ER.
