Possible Honeymoon Destinations?

did this last summer and it was awesome. Either that or paradise island in the bahamas

I have to give another vote for Thailand. My wife and I were there for 12 days and it was amazing. The most expensive part is the flight there. Once you get there you will live like a king the money you would spend just to stay the night anwhere else. The people there are amazingly friendly, the food and resorts are cheap, environment is beautiful, other tourists are from all over the world and most were pretty cool(the couple we staying in the bungalow next to us were from the UK and the guy actually proposed to his girl while he was there). Plus it is better to go there while you are younger and save the slower paced stuff for when you are older. We went to Bangkok, Surat Thani for an elephant safari/luxury camping (check out http://www.elephant-hills.com/ , I highly recommend it), Koh Samui, and then we ended with a Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan (look it up). My wife and I are considering going there again whenever we go on a long trip like that again. PM me if you want some details or I can send you to where my facebook pictures are of our trip (sorry I don’t know how to post pictures here)

wow, lots of activity in here and I love it.

Thanks for the ideas. Seems as though St Lucia is getting some more positive reviews… I’ll definitely have to look into that a little more.

As far as the potential budget is… not really sure? I would probably say 7 or 8 maybe? We havent quite nailed down a solid H-Moon budget yet.

that way you can talk shit to Lebron face to face lolz
hahahaha that would be awesome!

My fiance was in vegas last year and was VIP in some club with her girls. The booth next to theirs was LeBron. One of her friends moonwalked across the couch and did the “brush your shoulders off” move to LBJ lol… he just laughed. She said he seemed nice but I still think he’s a real Mc Asshole lol

we got a sale on Sandals for $4200 (basic room) including air fare. I’m sure they’re still running “the sale”.

I found it, then racked my brain for 3 nights nailing down a location before “the sale” ended. 3 days later they had another name for the sale

I thought you and Greenie were headed this way on your honeymoon but alas when the stagecoach stopped here youz two waz nowhere to be seen.

I DO have a hot tub ^.
In all honesty, I want to visit Montana. The scenery is amazing and I can’t imagine what it would be like to live there.

This is where my wife and I honeymooned a couple of years ago:

We and a handful of couples had the entire island to ourselves. The temperature/beach/water was absolutely incredible every day. The food was first class and like nothing I’ve eating anywhere else (they have a Western executive chef) and plentiful. Snorkelling some of the best in the world. And believe me when I tell you the staff become your best friends - some visitors go back so often that there are actually tearful farewells when they leave.

They even have a mini-island right next door that you can book. They drop you and your partner off for the afternoon (along with a packed seafood lunch). Even has an open air bed (pictures on the site) that they encourage you to “use”. Trust me, fucking each others brains out in the open air in the middle of the Pacific - one of the all time great life experiences.

And it’s not particularly expensive.

Only thing - no gym. But hell, it’s your honeymoon.

That’s it.

I’m sold.

Who wants to get married?

Glacier National Park is the next valley over. Come 2nd honeymoon here for crying out loud.
Gorgeous. I love your pics, Push.

We didn’t have a first honeymoon, bud. I’d like to do something before Greeny gets pregnant and i’m still gainfully employed.

Sandals in Montego Bay was great. Hawaii had great weather and water. Going to the Maldives next summer and the girlfriends family says they are awesome.

Montego Bay huh? Hadnt looked into that but I will. Thanks for the suggestion

I hear South Africa is pretty cool, Greg

Seriously though, it’s hard to decide on 1 place in the entire world. I think you should get a list together and start narrowing it down rather than continuing to add to it. Otherwise your honeymoon will be a trip around the freaking world!

Thats what I’m trying to do man! I’m getting suggestions, making a list and then going to start checking destinations off the list.

Go to Dirk’s hometown. Stay at a local B&B. Wear a “Dirk is my homeboy” shirt.

I could spare 1.5 hours on a lunch break. Shotgun?

You need a bed, alcohol, food and possible lube. The rest is just filler.

LOL ^^

Not necessarily in that order mind you.
