I’ve been on test 375 a week for 4 weeks decided to stop Monday was my last pin and Thursday felt something hard above my nipple it’s red and hurts almost feels like an ingrown hair like something I could pop I have nolvadex on hand wasn’t planning on starting till next week anyone know what I could do?
More than likely its in your head, unless you had beforehand and it is now showing up or more defined. I find it hard to believe gyno developing after only 4 weeks at such a low dose.

Its gotten bigger everyday it’s red and swollen and hurts starting to make me nervous
ryan did you have titties before your cycle? Were you fat most of your life? Many guys who live for years over weight have gyno and adding a cycle will kick it into gear big time. If what I have discribed is not you then just know nipple sensivity is normal with cycling and should just be ignored. IT IS NOT GYNO. Your E2 and prolactin need to be over range for over a year before you get gyno. This is why you get bloods often when you cycle.
I’m like 12 percent body fat with a flat chest it’s seems like it’s grown into an abscess maybe just infected hair follicle
It’s not gyno man. Just ignore it and continue on with your cycle. After PCT everything will return back to normal. Best of luck to you.
The more you touch and feel it the more sore it will get. It could be gyno and in contrast to what others have said, you can get gyno that early and at that dose if you’re prone to it.
I would start the nolva.

Don’t think Nolva will help much if I already have it in
I think it’s an ingrown hair. Probably should see a doc of it gets much worse

Some test can cause deep cystic acne. If you had acne as a teenager that could be it. Just a thought as I went through this as well and still do a bit since i stopped Ai’s Aromasin stops my mild acne in its tracks but i dont want to take ai’s anymore due to the negatives.
Nolva is actively used to reduce/reverse gynomastia. It’s most effective when used within 12 months of the onset of gyno. There’s many studies out there showing this. Google tamoxifen gynomastia
I still have one more week since my last pin shouldn’t i start the nolvadex now or wait ?
