So just a quick update. Have given myself 3 50mg subq injections of test cyp every 3.5 days and still feel terrible. Super emotional no confidence and run down. Was hoping to feel improvement by now. Its really taking a toll on me. Doctor cancelled my appointment so now I have to wait until October for labs which is crazy. Luckily my GP will run labs if I ask so going to make an appointment there.
If anyone has any suggestions on a good endo or clinic in michigan in Oakland county im.open to suggestions.
You can go to discount labs and order your own tests, I expect you will have good and bad days for the next 5 weeks. If SHBG is low this protocol may not be best for you.

Shbg was 14 when test was at 302. So maybe I need to look into this
That’s very low SHBG, two large weekly injections will decrease it further, smaller injections can help dramatically.
Should I try 25mg eod? My shbg has always been a little low. When my T was 800 it was around 23 but I felt great I haven’t felt like that since for some reason I stopped absorbing the fortesta.
If I were you I would inject 5 to 8 mg every day, SHBG will decrease after you start TRT, smaller injections will only do good things for you. I’m contemplating doing it myself in an attempt to help me control the excess estrogen my body seems to be producing.
If it’s between injecting everyday and not needing an AI rather than having to take an AI, I’d be glad to inject everyday.
So I was actually able to get an appointment with my endo Thursday. Going to ask for the full work up of labs. I will post labs when I get them and maybe some of you can help me figure this out.
So I see my endo today going to ask for E2 SHBG Progesterone pregnelone and dhea on top of the free and total test CBC cmp.
Anything else I should ask for?
Symptoms have been, depressed moody no morning erection and no interest in sex low energy no real drive and brain fog
So when I was on my to the endo his office called and said he would not see me until it has been at least 8 weeks. So i have made an inquiry to Defy.

Has been 4 weeks and 9 injections and and continuing to feel worse as far as mood and energy and brain fog. I am actually feeling like I was when afew years ago when I had to go off treatment for 2 months due to no insurance.
Been thinking about going IM twice a week
I’m low SHBG and 50mg twice weekly didn’t work out well, Free T was 1.5 times reference ranges and estrogen was 70, double the reference ranges and heavily symptomatic.
It sounds like you’re producing too much estrogen, probably because Free T very high. Two injections twice weekly may be a mistake, don’t fear the needle.
