Ok. You go first.
What gives you the right to remove other peoples rights?

Very funny. It’s a more or less anonymous message board. But even then people get sometimes doxed and lose ther careers over that stuff. I certainly couldn’t post this on facebook or similar big platforms.
You really don’t know what you’re talking about.
Who bestows rights unto whom in the first place?
You realise that we live in an age with a crapful of laws and rights? Many of which are tautological, unjust, or downright idiotic. Are pronouns “rights”, for instance?
Nice try, state lackey.
@Reichsritter can you fuck off and quit derailing my thread? Thanks
They lie at the core of the nature of existence. There is no who that bestows rights. But we do have an aparatus in place to ensure that others don’t infringe upon them.
Its all very abstract. ![]()
Maybe to you and your penchant for targeting groups of losers to determine what rights they deserve and which ones they don’t.
*out of respect for @Andrewgen_Receptors this will be my last response.
Is it a derail to argue for a ban on porn? Skysyks is convinced easy access for kids to pornography are essential rights.
Its apparent to everybody else but you that this is a sad attempt to lend relevance to your quasi-neoconservative fascism and patently false.
You spent 1 sentence arguing for a ban on porn, then multiple comments about rights and capitalism.
I get it, you want to be subjugated to the will of others. Post an ad on Craigslist saying “inexperienced Sub looking for Daddy” and get the fuck over it.
If you wish to discuss the topic at hand, then do that. Otherwise, you can fuck right off.
@Andrewgen_Receptors
Okay, then this is my last response to skyzys:
“Inalienable” rights were assumed to be the product of higher law, some godhead, if you will (most founding fathers being christian or deists). As such, they were not meant to be used for the most base and profane things.
On the practical side, it is a state that watches over these laws. Without a fairly modern state, those many peculiar rights would be theoretical, at best. In a bronze age society which we might revert to soon enough, most rights concern only a small handful of elites.
This thin veneer of legal modernity is in the end highly abstract, because we see that most people don’t give a crap about them. People care about important and wholesome ideologies, not porn/pedo stuff. Empirically, the more these issues are centered, the less men are willing to die for their country.
At least the anti-freedom, anti-capitalist dude on the internet was free enough to get in the last word - on a device made by capitalism, using a service rendered by capitalism.
