Do you believe all Evangelical’s just do away with this passage? I live in the deep south, I promise the only people that ever preach at me is Mormons (but they are so damn polite), Jehovah’s Witness, some insane lady across the street who just goes outside and starts belting out preaching, and the occasional street preacher outside the stadium.
If I can list them, that is not that many. People don’t walk around asking if you’re ‘Saved’. They don’t pounce, they are not mean.
I have many Evangelical friends, they are the most ‘live and let live’ people I know. Be careful sweeping a entire super-structure of Christianity under one tiny umbrella. Most of these people are just trying to live the best they know how and get through life just like everybody else. No judgement, no haughtiness, nothing like that. Sure there are a few that are annoying. But most are not the Westboro Baptist Church, not even close. As a matter of fact, the Westboro Baptist Church was thrown out of the SBC (Southern Baptist Convention) and denounced them as preaching a false gospel. Don’t judge the whole lot by a few nuts… I feel I shouldn’t have to say this by now, but here we are…
Like I said, I don’t like proselytizing in any form, religious, atheist, political, what ever.
I should narrow the scope to militant atheists like Dawkins and his ilk.

Unless there is some Post-Holiday resurgence; the DEMS “look” weaker and weaker. (Now…I fully admit that my vision may be somewhat skewed, because as POTUS, Trump is ALWAYS in the news and front-and-center).
Also; it appears that all of the impeachment chaos weakens the DEMS and strengthens Trump.
Depends on what facts will be exposed during impeachment and how Trump reacts.
