But you are helping them.
If you weren’t helping the Iranian Guardians of the Revolution would burn Riyadh to the ground in a matter of days.

2008:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Ooops!
@doogie is right…2008!
More frustration than confusion, @pat (at least for me).
It is the ongoing narrative that Conservatives continue to have of:
Blaming President Obama for the Graveyard that is now a bunch of charred land and utter destruction that was once called Syria…and that if we somehow went in full-force at some arbitrary period of time; that somehow, someway…with enough dead American bodies…the outcome would have somehow been a “win” (in an area of the World where we have never “won”).
Giving Trump a pass on virtually every decision he makes; and that every move he makes is all to make America Great Again.
Confusing? No. I’ve grown to expect it.
Frustrating? Yes. Especially the blatant hypocrisy that has to be tolerated each and every day Trump is in office.
Who has given Trump a pass on anything? Trump has gotten no passes on anything.
I don’t even know where to begin with that question, @pat
Is it serious?
Everyday it’s all about Trump and every scandal immagined and made up If necessary. What pass is Trump getting? He can’t get a pass on taking a shit.
Adam Schiff was trying to acquire nude pictures of Trump. Who is giving Trump a pass?
I’ll let somebody else answer this, @pat…because I am quite frankly mentally exhausted by all of the “Poor Trump/He can’t get a break” crap… with the VAST majority of his problems being 1) instigated by him 2) ignited by him and ultimately 3) sustained by him with his incessant tweeting and inability to admit he is ever wrong. In his eyes (and in the eyes if his Minions); it will always be “somebody else’s fault”.
What is truly ironic to me is that Trump is the ultimate, insecure, narcissistic “snowflake”.
Oh, come on dude, give him a break…

I will give my opinion. Biden’s not that scary to people. His record is fairly moderate. Most of what you could hit him on is cancelled out by Trump already. He’s too old (Trump will be 73 himself by then) is out. He’s a creep (so’s Trump). So you’re attack’s on him are fairly cancelled out at that point. He just probably doesn’t truly scare many people. And he has a history of playing well with the common worker.
Warren is probably a better candidate in a vacuum. Younger and more mentally with it because Biden’s always had a slippery tongue and isn’t getting any sharper as he moves towards his 80’s.
But the GOP can make her much more scary than they can make a known quantity like Biden. They can paint a contrast and tell people she’s out to ruin America. Turn us into Venezuela or whatever other socialism pictures they want to paint.
I think the enthusiasm and money to defeat someone like Warren would be much more significant than Biden.
Nah, Trump is a creep on actual professional sex workers. (Jerbs!)
Biden is a creep on 10 year olds.
Just kidding a little. They’re both some handsy motherfuckers.
But Bidens are bigger. ![]()
Warren continues to go up in the Polls.
MAGA.
Trump is probably smiling…and the Conservative Machine can’t wait to release it’s full Fury…
How old was Ivanka when Trump first started talking about how it sucked she was his daughter because he wanted to fuck her?
Both are old weird men. What’s weird is our actual society typically doesn’t give a fuck about old people but when it comes to politics we have ageism against anyone under 60 or something. Never quite understood it but oh well!
Yeah, but that’s his daughter, ya know? I mean, it’s not like…
That just doesn’t work, does it?
There’s like a goldilocks zone for age. Too young and they’re likely to still be an idiot. Too old and they’re reverting back to being an idiot.
Like taking job advice from my grand aunt. She says “Why not just go down to the mill and get a job?!?” Solid advice for almost a whole century. Unfortunately not for 1996.
Lol. It’s one of our many unique perks about voting. Like how all Americans say we need term limits as we re-elect the same dude for the 85th time as our representative.
The conflicts in our political thinking have always cracked me up. It’s like you can hear someone telling someone else. “Well yeah I’m not a fan of him he’s a career politician…but his opponent hasn’t ever even had the job! Say what you will about career guy but at least he’s experienced!”
In any of these hierarchies of funny hats, it really comes down to how funny the hat and how hard you can say so.
Look at Trump. Grew his own funny hat. Funniest one ever, and man, he told them!
What does he have against Warren? The Pocahontas thing has run it’s course and she doesn’t look threatening, unlike Omar and AOC whose appearance brings out a visceral reaction among the faithful.
Also, she’s a populist.
No argument there, @loppar…
But in the way Politics is played now…just make something up that could be true…and run with it.
Again; I need to do some personal work and study in order to see Warren’s appeal. I guess I’m jaded by an old English Teacher I had in 7th Grade that Warren reminds me of. I’m finding it hard to see her as President.
I think one thing that will help him is the trade war he caused is going to end and he’s going to take credit for ending it. And then the economy should see at least short term pops in theory at least.
There is no question that Trump will do whatever will benefit Trump.
