Violence on the left isn’t just happening increasingly, it’s being encouraged by prominent left leaders.
I’ll pose the same question I posed to H. Go to a major city. Bring a MAGA hat and an Obama hat. Which one would you wear is personal safety is concerned?
I think the answer is obvious.
No one will yell at you or hurt you wearing the Obama hat. Can you say you would feel just as safe wearing a MAGA hat? Of course not.
What is the Left? Who is the Left? Do these few people who are violent even consider themselves the Left?
And go to a Trump rally with an Obama hat and see what happens. It’s ok because Trump will pay for anyone’s legal defense.
Because all of those campus protests in the sixties were peaceful.
I’ll be honest every one of his posts sounds like “look at this shit, liberals are disagreeing with their own left and right! Why the hell aren’t they marching behind their current leader and swallowing every word?!?!”

Correction, I can get 5000 videos and articles from prominent people on the left pointing out these major problems that is destroying the left. Hey, I am more than happy to stand by and let it happen. It guarantees they won’t get anywhere with common people.
I didn’t say the left succeeded in shutting down free-speech, but they damn sure are trying.

You have missed the point completely of pfury’s comment.
In the information age, one cannot hold a public, prominent position without having a large social media presence. This is simply a reality of living in 2019.
Addtionally, removing one’s self from social media does not prevent others from going onto those platforms and loudly broadcasting their opinion. When that person has millions of followers, it doesn’t matter if the target has a social media following or not. The rhetoric spreads like a virus from the online world to tv, radio, and print media.

Oh I’m not on Twitter, but even if I was, it’s not like this is a valid response. It’s 2019. Twitter is how the most powerful man in the country ‘talks’ to the masses and his largest supporter base.
Hell sometimes it’s delivering economy shaking news, sometimes it’s targeting a private company, sometimes it’s just about figuring out how good your spelling needs to be to be worthy of the nuclear codes.
And most of the time it’s a bunch of nobodies spreading hate-filled rhetoric and pontificating their ‘wokeness’.
