Oh, wot’s the heaviest/biggest item we would be looking at Chris?? That way most of us can know the max we would have to pay to ship. (maybe a list of approximate weights/sizes so we have a rough idea too would be nice)
Definitely have a seperate forum for this, and only sticky the main reviews (for a week) from the most recent people who used the product.
It sounds like a great idea, but the overseas thing might kill me. But I do have two questions: One, how do you set up priority on who gets what? It could be annoying to be that one person who doesn’t get to test any products if it’s solely a first come first serve basis (some people have access to the forum 24/7), and second, would the test/review time be item specific? Like a book you could read in a week at the most, but a piece of equipment might take a little longer to derive any benefit?

i think a dedicated forum with a seperate topic for each product under review would be best to ensure all reviews for all products can be easily accessed and read.

Depending on the amount of work it takes to create a whole seperate forumn, I would say, give it a run on it’s own thread in an existing forumn. Then if needed a dedicated forumn could follow. Dependent on response.
The time varience dependent on the object also sounds like a winner.
