You know, my chest itself is bottom heavy naturally. But I’ve been having success flattening it out by doing different variations of the incline press and using cable machines. Anyway, I have a good chuck of fat over my torso, indicating that I have a high body fat percentage. So like you guys said, hopefully my meat tits will harden up all bruce lee style soon. And I guess I will live with pointy nips. If anyone here will seriously give me an opinion, I will email you pictures because I really want to know what other people think. But not publicly on this board…I’ve seen the horrors of little boys posting pics of themselves. Send me a PM or something cool.

As far as I know, it could be from a build-up if glandular tissue. You think you can prevent it by not wearing tight clothing below your upper-chest, like tight pants. It can cause the development of gynecomastia over time.

This is very interesting. I’ve been well. Man, this post brings back memories. I even remember typing some of those sentences!
Anyway. About the “pointy nipples”…As I’ve grown I’ve learned to accept the way my body is naturally, and my 16 year old self’s concern was mostly in his head. I never once came across any real ridicule about it aside from my best friend. It’s been a non issue since college. Funny thing is I’ve been back on these boards because my career took its toll on my body and I’m now the most overweight I’ve ever been in my life. About 28% fat currently due to heavy drinking and smoking with next to no exercise. I’ll be watching the weight loss and nutrition forums mostly. My goal is to lose 30lb. The tits will go away again.
BTW, no I don’t have gyno. The “lump” I had mentioned was again me overthinking muscle fibers being squeezed together (squeeze any part of your muscle groups and it will tighten up and feel thicker). But, thank you to everyone who told me I had a medical problem.

I managed a retail store.
Smoked cigarettes daily, about half a pack a day. Also smoked weed for small bursts at a time, like in phases not regularly. I also picked up a couple mods in the past few years. Right now I have a Amadeus Snow Wolf 2 packed up somewhere. Vaping is enjoyable, but too tedious for me with the sticky juice bottles, sticky device, battery charger, maintaining multiple batteries, sometime I get to wound up with coil building/replacing/experimenting etc. Plus, my room mates always commented on the smell even when not used indoors.

“AzNiNvAzN” was something I genuinely thought I came up with myself. In my day, recreational internet wasn’t really a big thing yet and I was also very protected from outside influence. My favorite band was Nine Inch Nails though, and I remember trying so hard to incorporate the one “cool music thing” I knew into my name. That lead to discovering that “NiN” could fit perfectly symmetrically inside of “AZN” - a term I learned from my high school wrestling team - and the word “invasion” which just rhymed perfectly. Actually, I STILL think it’s a tight and imaginative name I was able to come up with, I’m not ashamed. Only regret is that in the last decade it almost feels like it’s a prototypical online Asian user name since I think I’ve heard it randomly here and there. I still feel like I created it though…2006, well at least I must have been ONE of the pioneers using “AZN” on the modern internet…
The password was the same I used on my first AOL account, I’ll never forget it.
Over the last 11 years I’ve logged onto TNation sporadically so I kinda just went with it. I remember it used to be an all black background with a lot of yellow text, it’s still kinda like that I guess.

I got the same impression from it. It’s more like a hobby or something for kids. My hands are usually busy and I don’t have time for a bunch of fiddly shit like that. Then the freakin juices around here got completely out of control price wise, and a bunch of stupid moonbat names for them- and they barely have any nicotine!
Then they sell it on being a great way to quit smoking and reduce disease- but get this- You’re smoking off of chromium coils- which causes cancer anyways.

Anyway, guys this this post is about pointy nipples, so let me share and recent self reveal I’ve had due to this resurgence of a T-Nation topic:
I googled some more on gynecomastia and performed a self test I found. Basically, pinch behind your nipple and if you feel a glad “moving” well then you have gyno. Ok, so now I get to tell my 16 year old self, and my current 28 year old self, that I do have gyno.
That “muscle” I felt wasn’t muscle. It’s the “gland.” It’s the most of whatever glad I have that can prove I have gyno. Is it a bummer? It waaaaaas…
But hey, a lot of hot guys have these pointy nipples…I’m cool with it!
What an example of long lived perceived strife that one might endure over bodily image that this online forum thread has illustrated lol!
