The gold, buckled shoes under your futon are impressive. Do you wear those with an evening gown, or slacks?
The paddle ball photo on the beach is equally impressive; great form.
Seriously, what does your training log look like? I’d guess that you are around 170 lbs soaking wet. I’m not the biggest guy around, but you don’t even look like you hit the weights.
On a positive note, you’re lean. With the proper diet and strength training, you could reasonably put some meat on your bones.
I’ll give you a 2 for having the guts to post pics.
last time i checked (a week ago) i weighted around 84kg (174,8p). I understand it is not alot.
i do not know bf% but gaining some kgs is a priority

What do you want to know? I rated you a 2, but I’m not sure what kind of look you’re going for? I guess without much work you could look like a long distance runner.
If you’re going for the muscular look, you have a long road ahead of you. Not that this is a bad thing. Everyone starts somewhere, but most of us don’t post pictures so close to the “newb” stage.
i understand but i needed to do do this despite of all the irony and bad comments.Having a long road ahead is quite motivating not to give up every now and then.
Eat more protein, research and develop your routine: you don’t want to fly in there shooting blanks.
Stick with those compound movements and lift often, low rep/high weight, and eat. Make it top priority and apply some rigor, your small frame will adapt.
Dude, I commend you for getting in to the weightlifting game (more like a lifestyle). I like that you are doing core lifts (especially powerclings). Your main focus however should be going to the gym for an hour, maybe an hour and a half but anymore than that, you’re just waisting time. You need to truly focus on you’re diet. Try to go for atleast six meals and try eating at least 50 grams of protein with each meal. Stick to complex carbs (brown rice) because they burn slower and you are less likely to put on as much fat. 30 minutes (no longer) after you workout, you need to eat.
The guy that told you to constantly keep pushing for heavier weight is correct. YOu need to constantly be trying to lift heavier (with good form that is). I’m sure you’ve heard this advice before but it never hurts to reiterate. Good luck on your training regimine and eat, eat, eat.

ur skinny and thats about it… ur physique isn’t even borderline impressive…appreciate that you put up full body shots
probably just start eating alot more… aiming for 200g protein a day if not more
Once again another person on this website that doesn’t offer anything constructive to say.
I think thats pretty constructive?!
HotCarl just told him to EAT more PROTEIN…sounds like a plan since most newbies or members dont or wont follow that simple little fact…hell, I was one at one point now I feel I cant get enough protein!!

The eating more protein is constructive advice but telling someone that they aren’t even remotely impressive is kinda harsh. Granted, some people need to hear that especially when they shut down on the first hint on constructive critism. I’m sure the guy knows he’s skinny and needs more work so there’s no need to tell him that.
He didn’t seem to have any dillusions of being big like some people I’ve seen post on this site. The funniest example of a person who had dillusions of being big was this vegan who swore that you can get huge by being one. He looked no more that 130lbs but he swore he was huge. Kinda off topic and sorry for the over hectic post Hot Carl.

all kinds of criticism are taken into account…true some are more constructive than others…i am sure noone is born 200p with a bf% of <10. i am old enough not to get disharted by it…i am also aware of people slagging others off just cause they have problems of their own…just needed true opinions. my partner always liked they way i looked as most people who surround me. it might sound funny but alot of europeans are not very used to big strong people (they r abit intimidated). however i decided to up my game.what is very good to my opinion is that i do not have to loose a lot of fat, so i can jump straight into concetrating on getting bigger and stronger.

i agree somewhat . . you shouldnt have to tell someone in the ‘Rate my Physique’ section to eat more protein they should be advanced enough to have already realised that?!?!?!
sorry but these pics belong in the beginners section they may have been met with more constructive criticism there. . .
I dont agree, rate my physique is to get your physique rated. Although members prefer for only advance lifters this is not an actual requirement so he has done nothing wrong. He just wants his physique rated…and subsequently i am giving him a 2.
Probably get stuck into a program off of T-Nation now your here.
