I am gathering data for my project in statistics and I was hoping that the good men and women of T-Nation would help me out and keep me from having to ask 200 people these questions individually. I appreciate your time if you are able to complete the survey.
Thank you.

As I’m sure you know, this survey will have voluntary response bias.[/quote]
As I’m also sure the OP knows, he’s choosing from a biased sample to begin with, since he’s asking these questions on a forum with a population that is presumably more health conscious than the average person.
Thank you guys who have given a response to far. I do know that this sample is will be definitely more health biased, but I only intend on using about 50 from this site. The other people who I will ask live in the dorms (obviously high drinkers), students/ teachers at school. Thanks for the comment, constructive critisicm always appreciated.
You probably already know this, but be sure to point out that your sampling method is non-random and therefore biased.
Or you could get really clever and use the background as one of the compoounding influential factors - i.e. if you have T-Nation members (i.e. those exposed to health awareness etc), dorm kids, urban population, rural population etc you could run an ANOVA to check are those infuential factors too?
