Iām bored to read all of this and personally Iām not too fond of watching guys in their underwear flexing either. Im a weightlifter so I watch them lift weights. I watch their technique.
I donāt know about others but if I were interested in bodybuilding Iād watch bunch of big guys sayā¦ quads. Then iād try to figure out how they got them. Then Iād probably copy to some extent the program of the guy with the quads Iād like to see on myself most. Or something like that.
Now obviously Iām also in awe if I watch a 200kgs snatch. Likewise someone interested in bodybuilding will be awed by looking at some huge guy. Awe isnāt the same as being turned on.
