There is no fashion. Look back at the last century(and then some) of clothes and you’ll find people incorporating at least some of it into their getup nowadays. There are little trends here and there but that’s irrelevant minor shit.
To dress up and look good you need:
1.Clothes that fit you well.
2.Colors that go with the color of your skin and hair.
After that it’s intuition - combine them so that they go with the style you’re trying to portray and bring out the best of your body type. Find an actor who more or less resembles your features(skin & hair mostly) and watch as many films as you can with them. Of course if you choose Gary Busey you’re fucked, but you get the point.

I thought it was eyes? Women tell me to wear stuff that make my eyes stand out. I don’t know this is done so I’m thinking making a shirt that says “Look at my eyes and take off your pants.”
Eyes are important too, yes. But eyes are easy because even a collar or tie or accessory is enough to do the trick. Generally anything of color similar to your eyes will bring them out. But for overall look, skin and hair is most important, IMO.
