I never had any of these issues on TRT, I DID however have them in the 1.5 years prior to TRT. (ED, low libido
But my LH and FSH weren’t 0 on TRT. LH was like 1.8 and FSH was like 4.7 or something after 6 mths on #testicularproblems
Yea I didn’t have an issue for decades. Just this last year. Trt for the last 6 years
I love HCG and my balls ache without it. Some report it does nothing others report they feel bad. You just have to try it to see if you like it and if it works for you. I really like 800iu/wk I divide my dose an take it with my T. In the same syringe. HCG first then T. They are water and oil so they don’t mix.

Definitely agree with @hrdlvn on the use of an AI, titrate your T dose and avoid an AI unless you have no other options. Though It really shouldnt come to that.
