Pinning Every 3 Days Opposed to Twice a Week?

Hey guys, I am currently a few weeks into my second cycle and pinning 375mg/wk.

Basically, 0.75 CC each time.

As we know a week is 7 days, I see people doing like Sundays and Wednesdays for example…

This makes it 2 days, and then 3 days in between pins.

Can I just pin the 375mg every 3 days instead, regardless of the day of the week throughout the rest of the cycle?

Sure, but then you’d be taking 437.5mg/w.

You could also pin roughly 84 hours apart. Like Sunday morning and Wednesday night. This would make more consistent blood levels

I do E3D pins, no problem with that…
i have OCD so i cant pin twice a week, i would die of a nervous breakdown to pin on non-even days in between :smiley:

may i ask how many mg/wk your pinning? What would you do in my case when right now about 375mg/wk is working fine with little to no side effects, and not using any AI… ?

im doing 0,7ml e3d of 250mg test… i have calculated that around 400mg a wk…

a few mgs here or there wont change anything… do as close as you can and just round it up… it really doesnt matter THAT much…

I’m with you there Hank, I used to do every 3.5 days, 8pm Monday, 8am Friday for exactly twice a week :grin:

I was doing m,w,f, and even though it worked, it drove me nuts. I just do EOD now.

EOD is something i can do, because i don’t mind the process of drawing and pinning…

May I ask how much of what ester you pin and where?

Well right now I’m cruising, so 50 mg EOD. When I’ve blasted I’ve gone to 650 mg/wk. I’m using test E. I like pinning the lats these days. Delts with for me too, but occasionally I get some pip there.

I’m a little gun shy about pinning the lats at this point. Last time I did, I pulled my teres major on the same side and it had me fucked up for a while. That was also shortly before I tore my bicep. All on the left side.

I am not saying that tight lats caused the bicep issue, but I don’t think it is coincidence that it is all on the same side and within a couple of weeks of each other. I suppose I just need to make sure to stretch if I get tight from pinning a muscle group

How long of a needle are you using. I haven’t gotten PIP even once in the last 2 months or so of doing lats, no tightness. I am only using a 1/2" needle though.

5/8" 28g slin pin

Maybe my lats are less sensitive or something. I have heard some spots are good for some, but not so good for others. Other than the needle going though the skin, I have no pain from lats. Quads occasionally crippled me, but others pin quads with very little issues.

Yea I don’t recall it being any more painful there than anywhere else, I think I just didn’t take proper care of the muscle and let it tighten up on me without stretching before working out. I’m getting tired of pinning delts only, so I think lats will make a comeback into the rotation really soon
