231.2 on Saturday, lost a whole .4lbs after running my ass off. Still not sure whats wrong. I do know I need to eat earlier than I do, most of the time I don’t eat for almost 2hrs after waking up, just can’t force myself to eat. Everything sounds nasty in the morning, makes me want to gag, likely my whole problem.
So after not posting in here very much because there hasn’t been anything to report I finally figured out what my deal has been, to many calories. Yep stupid me. Since my last post in here I’ve dropped about 400 calories from my daily intake down to where I thought I was before about 2000-2300 calories a day and remarkably I’m now down to 228.8.
The ball is now rolling and I expect to reach my goal of 200lbs, a little later than I’d wanted to but I’ll get there shortly after my May 31st deadline.
Basic diet:
Breakfast
1/2lb turkey burger
15ish almonds
2nd meal
5-7oz meat product
veggies
lunch
5-7oz chicken
large amounts of greens and salad fixin’s
4th meal
Surge
5th meal
apple
nuts
6th meal
meat
veggies
not real specific on the types of meal but they’re usually turkey or chicken, it’s rare I eat beef, that was my hang up before beef is way high in calories and for some reason I was more hungry through out the day.
workout:
Hypertrophy 4x10 4-5 days a week and 30 min cardio in one form or another. I’ll try to do better on my posts then again I said that last time.
