Duh. I hope Celtics flames you; because that’ll be hilarious. Maybe he’ll even do an “audio flame”![/quote]

I kinda hope he does. I’m pretty much of an oddball on this site and something like that would help me to feel like part of the community.

I feel like I haven’t bookmarked anything since 1997, but I deff. bookmarked that link. Inspired me to start calling around looking for tractor tires.

So, you use accomodating resistance for curls and delt raises?

I hope every serious lifter on the planet hunts you down and stomps you for bastardizing such a beautiful concept in such a horrible way.

Not to detract from the celtics flaming, but… I think he loops the chain around so it acts as a mini plate. I don’t think the chain lies on the ground for him to do like DE curls and lateral raises or something. That’s just stupid.

not your finest work Celtic but not bad… Hard to top the tailored clothes thread. you might have set the bar too high, even for yourself.

Even so, this thread is guaranteed to run for many more pages.

where did you get the microchains?

Is Celtics bound for greatness? Like how a dog can be so ugly it’s actually cute?

I personally just got a couple plastic easter baskets. I add or subtract that green fake grass stuff depending if I want to add .023 lbs or like say .1156 lbs. This has really helped me blast through some sticking points on my deadlifts and squats. Yesterday I pulled 300.1187 lbs a new personal best.

I was laughing the whole time I typed it up. I actually thought it would be more of a hit, I kind of went off the old .9 Banana line of humor. Well ID I am glad it made YOU smile, I feel like I have accomplished something good now.
