What three supplements from Biotest would you recomend I purchase. I am a person who struggles to put on weight whether it is fat or muscle but, I have been making progress with proper dieting.
I wanted to try some Biotest supplements but I wasn’t sure which ones would be best for me. I was thinking about some Surge fo sho but what else would be good for someone like me? BTW, I train four to five days a week. Thanks.
For the first two I’d say get Surge and Flameout. For the third I’d say either Low-Carb Metabolic Drive or Metabolic Drive Complete. Metabolic Drive Complete costs twice as much per serving ($2), so if money is an issue you could get Low-Carb Metabolic Drive (which costs about $1 per serving) and make a smoothie with berries for the carbs.

perhaps, but at twice the protein per serving and some extra carbs and fat, one could argue that it is cheaper. either way eat the berries.
the protein costs the same whether it comes from Metabolic Drive Complete or Low Carb Metabolic Drive. one should consume protein by dose, not the serving size on the bottle. for example, commonly used amounts are 40g to 50g of protein per meal. with low carb Metabolic Drive, that would be 2-2.5 servings, in this case 2-2.5 scoops. with the Metabolic Drive Complete, it would be 1-1.25 servings, in this case 3-3.75 scoops.
similarly, women may choose to use 20, 25, and 30g servings of protein per use. this is 1, 1.25, and 1.5 servings and scoops of low carb Metabolic Drive and 0.5, 0.625, and 0.75 servings, thus 1.5, 1 7/8, and 2.25 scoops of Metabolic Drive Complete.
for the OP:
either way, the best supplement is the one that fills your biggest needs. fish oil is great for everyone period. surge will definitely help with workout recovery and creatine could be added for next to nothing. after that i would say Metabolic Drive Complete as you are trying to add weight. i would add some macadamia oil to the shake for extra healthy fat and calories, plus it tastes great compared to olive oil.
Those are all solid supplements everyone should have. Everything else is not super necessary and fishoil you can get in bulk cheap-though not as good- but I think the three I listed are just really good products.

Original will always be close to my heart, but root beer float is absolutely a new favorite. I have a killer sweet-tooth and root beer Surge tastes just like those little root beer barrel hard candies.
You don’t have to take creatine just because you’re taking Surge. But if you are using creatine, then tossing it in your Surge is the best idea.

From Biotest, I would get the following:
Biotest Grow! Whey (post workout and if you haven’t gotten a fix for your protein)
Creatine (post workout)
Flameout (taken during a meal/meals)
I’m ordering some Low-Carb Metabolic Drive myself so I can’t tell you if it is any good or not but I’ll let you know. Thank goodness for free shipping from Biotest and friends who buy with you at the same time.
