Surge or Flameout, without a doubt.
Seconded

Seriously people are crazed about Surge and I don’t get it. The ingredients are whey, dextrose, maltodextrin. If you’re on a budget, make your own! I highly doubt you will notice ANY difference. And order something else that you can’t make your own of for wayyy cheaper.
exactly.

I was once one of the Surge droolers (don’t get me wrong still am), but the ingredients aren’t that hard to do on your own.

for size and strength I would say creatine and Beta-7

my strength is going through the roof on Beta-7

and how are people recommending Flameout for size and strength? Flameout is great, but it is just fish oil, won’t do much for his primary goals and budget

Metabolic Drive Complete… just eat!

I recently tried it for the first time, any other protein is a waste of money.

The only problem is that it doesn’t come out much cheaper if you use the same ingredients and it tastes like ass.

I lot of us tried after Surge was first released. I believe John Berardi even gave the recipe on this site.

Go with Surge.

icecold…

The things I would do to your avatar…

Jessica Biel was so hott in that movie.

Umm…yes it does. Surge costs $2/serving. I guarantee a scoop of whey, 25g dextrose and 25g of maltodextrin costs MUCH less than $2.00
It would only taste like ass if you used whey hydroslate. Now be honest, do you really expect a noticeable difference in results by using hydroslate vs isolate? I don’t see how its cost justified.

I was realy impressed with the price, taste, texture and ease of mixing.

The neutrality of its flavor. You could literally put it in coffee as a creamer.

Try any other “natural” flavor protein and I doubt you could say the same.
