You don’t take a SERM to prevent gyno. You can add a SERM IF you start getting gyno symptoms and only take it temporarily until symptoms are resolved.

I can see AI abuse being justified if using retarded dosages of testosterone (1000mg is generally the cutoff point wherein I say “okay”)… but the adequate response is to just drop the test and add something nonaromatising
At 1g test you’re not looking at health here… like… at all

One thing I can also mention, I have mild gyno which I developed probably 15 years ago (long before TRT). I did a video about it just yesterday. The interesting thing is that my total T was 220 and my E2 was 12. A deficiency in hormones can also cause gyno. Raising those hormone levels (both testosterone and estradiol) probably improved it by 65% or so. E2 is now highest it has ever been (and so is testosterone).

It’s crazy when you look at posts from 10 yrs ago what drugs & dosages they used vs today. I’d love to see how that changed and if it was gradual or sudden.

So in Aus today on the farm, there’s such thick smoke as it rained slightly today… the air is awful to breathe, it’s making me violently cough if I’m outside for too long. The air quality is being compared to cigarettes in terms of toxicity
