It’s not about letting anything slide. Lets see if people can be refunded before the hammer drops. Once it drops, it might be years or never that restitution is paid. I just didnt want to bring up the fact refunds could be made, but still calling the Attny General on next Friday then no refunds are made. Just didnt want to go RoboCop then he shuts down. He has even felt comfortable enough to respond and talk again on these forums. If I was him, I would have done scrubbed all accounts or anything leading back to this.
Edit: I would be using VPN because all it takes now is a subpoena for all his activiity on here.

I think the ‘scrubbed all accounts’ is what a comfortable, collected criminal would do. This guy might be a narcissistic sociopath and a cunning liar, but he’s not a criminal mastermind. He’s just a good bullshitter. He didn’t feel ‘comfortable’ enough to respond, only a buffoon would engage further. He seems more like a panicked child. He was all confidence before his identity was revealed - he’d shut someone down or ignore them in a second, and did it when he was questioned. But he’s on here, groveling, offering refunds, saying ‘yes’ meekly and doing everything but actually admitting what he’s done wrong. That’s fear.

I think it’s adorable we continue to use the word “refund” as though this were a legitimate business venture.
Folks, language matters. Don’t let yours get manipulated. Demand the money back that someone stole from you. Although I suppose “swindled” would be more appropriate.
But, like @flappinit has pointed out, it’s watching people continue to get conned by a conman. It’s rather amazing from the outsider perspective.

It’s a cult like mentality, having formed a connection, a fabricated friendship or sorts over the years its extra difficult to process the sheer level of manipulation at hand here, it hurts… it’s upsetting
I’ve been through a fair bit of shit last year… unfortunately this isn’t the worst thing that’s happened… not by a longshot
I guess one could compare this to Stockholm syndrome, the attachment to a captor even when all signs point to ford Lauderdale (sorry this is a song) I mean all signs point to red flags being abundant… however there’s no captive being held here

Let me just say that it was rather surprising as to how many people within my social circle know David personally and were fully aware of his fraudulent persona.

Wait you’re telling me they knew/were in on it? Are you booting these individuals from within you’re circle of friends?
No… None of them knew he contacted me. Once I started making inquires though, everything became evident rather quickly.

No, I never have. It was just my body adjusting to the increased dose. My E2 spiked and I freaked out like a bitch.

are you just talking trt doses though Danny? what about a blast of 500mg test e and 30mg dbol. still just stick to physio’s advise of 20mg tamoxifen to prevent gyno? my estrogen goes sky high too but I’m not worried about any sides other than gyno.

I think one thing we need to keep in mind is that yes the dude is a total piece of shit but many of the breakthroughs (for lack of a better word) that came from him aren’t negated because of him. Sort of like with Operation Paperclip where many medical breakthroughs came from Nazi scientists that did some of the worst shit you can imagine on those being held in concentration camps against there will. Because of the tests they did many lives have been saved. It’s the way life works sometimes. Sometimes there are positives that come from a shitty situation and they don’t negate the fact it was a shitty situation.
