Ok, contrary to what had planned the last 3 days have been bad, i didnt record anything but by no means did i stick to my diet.
Plan is therefore to restart the Ultimate diet from tomorrow and do it for 4-5 weeks, without deviation. What i did notice in the week i performed it, i should not have carbs at 75, they should be 50 on low days. Also, i respond very well to the carb up the morning after i feel very full and up for training. So, restarting tommorow. Hopefully ill drop below 10%.

Ok, 3rd day of low carb/calorie diet. Finding eating 1500kcal a day while training very hard to sustain. Seem to be holding a lot of water from the dirty food over the three days. Looking forward to high-carb day.
