Phera Plex

The gym was overcrowded and I wasn’t able to do box squats until my last exercise. This throws off any comparison to last week’s weight. I hate when that happens. All of a sudden, one day in the gym, you get all of these college punks who decide to come in and do cheat curls with 65lbs in the squat rack. Not to mention, it’s 10 sets supersetted with two other biceps exercises.

My Box Squats only plateaued because I had to do them last in my workout. If they were first, I know that I would have added at least a rep on each set.

I was feeling strong again. I could have increased by one rep on every set but I decided to take it easy and increase on only two sets. Today is a tough upper body workout, for me, so I conserved some of my energy. My strength is still gradually increased and pumps on my repetition day are almost uncomfortable.

One more day to go this week. Friday is repetition leg day.

My deadlift went up again. Wasn’t easy but I made it. My brother visited me this weekend and we did this leg workout together. We had a good workout together. It is always much more fun training with a good workout partner. He is the only one I have ever trusted to be my workout partner. His username is Likestocurl45’s. I just had him sign up this weekend. He is a certified fitness trainer through the ISSA.

Decline Presses went up at their usual 5lbs per set. Felt very strong. I decreased dumbbell presses and dumbbell rows by one set each. Once I approach 8 reps, I drop to 3 sets. The same went for the ab machine.

My Box Squats went up by one rep on each set as anticipated. I was able to do them first this week so that made a big difference. My strength is very good but I am still having libido issues during this PCT. I’m going to have to buy some tongkat ali soon, if this doesn’t get better.

My bench press still went up by one rep on each set but it wasn’t easy on my last set. My last rep, on my last set, was hard to lockout.
Lying Triceps Extensions were heavy and hard to complete. I really had to give it my all to finish those reps.
I had a hell of a time getting the dumbbells off my shoulders in the Seated DB Shoulder Presses. It was as if I was moving in slow motion.
Overall, very disappointing workout. I see plateaus rapidly approaching.

I was able to increase the weight on my deadlifts by ten pounds on each set but my reps dropped from 8 to 6. I’m not worried, I should be able to get 7 reps next week. The gains are just more gradual now but they are still coming.

I dropped a set on the decline presses because my shoulder was bothering me a little. My weight still went up by 5lbs on three sets, though.

*We do not have dumbbells that are heavier than 100’s so I switched from db bench presses to incline barbell presses. My neuromuscular coordination was lacking on this lift.

The Bent-Over Rows were a little heavy because I accidently went up by 10lbs on each set instead of 5lbs. I hate when that happens.

ok great nice workout man w/e now whats the info on this phera flex? better than superdrol? more effective? safer? less sides?

I ran a Phera Plex cycle recorded my workouts so people could have an idea of the strength and bodyweight gains.

For side effects, I didn’t notice a decrease in libido or much testicular atrophy. I experienced some facial acne but nothing as far as the back, shoulders, and arms go. My facial hair grew very fast. I expected this since Phera Plex is androgenic.

My brother said that the Phera Plex shut him down. I have noticed that as well. He said that his libido was normal while on Phera Plex but has decreased since. I told him the same thing happened with me.

My Box Squats went up very nicely, for a PCT workout. I increased by 5lbs on my first set, 10lbs on my second set, and 15lbs on my last two sets. Shrugs have gotten very difficult because I do not incorporate wrist straps. I desire a strong grip so I have been avoiding them. If I used the straps, the shrugs would have been easy.

*Plateaued on Lying Triceps Extensions so I switched to the incline. I like the feel of the incline.

My bench press went up on the first two sets but plateaued on the last one. I’m still making progress but am thinking of switching this exercise. Not sure yet, though.

What is your weight now after a few weeks of PCT?

Sounds like you made tremedous gain during your cycle. Congrats.

How much longer to you have on PCT?

That’s news to me, as it’s still available on the site I purchased it from.

They’re not producing any more superdrol and haven’t been for a while now.

I just read last night that SD/MM products were banned specifically, but I just searched all over the FDA site and couldn’t find JACK! This has been going on for the last year, SD is banned! prices go up, everybody stocks up, it starts to disappear, then presto it’s back on the shelves at like $25 a bottle. I think when they finally do ban it, it will be a little more than just MM products, probably include Halo50, PP and alot of other designer “supplements” that require a PCT. SD is still for sale on a bunch of sites, they may not be producing it but you can still get it. I imagine PP and probably something newer will take over SD’s limelight anyway.

-18lbs in 3 weeks! SD ain’t no joke!
