That’s what I said! I will weigh myself at the end of the week and see where it is at. Last week, I was having a lot of trouble with my roommate and it messed with my sleeping and eating routines. Not to mention the stress that was involved. I have a better handle on things now and hopefully my roommate will be out by this weekend, if all goes right.

Very good workout. My strength levels were back up. I must have done a better job with my caloric intake this weekend (when compared to the weekend before that). I have been researching, at anabolic-review, and am still undecided with what cycle I will run next. I think Phera Plex has done all it can for me. I would need to stack it with something to see gains again. I might stop by the supplement store this weekend and see what they got. I usually buy off the internet but I not sure what do this time.

What product would be a PP knockoff?
that’s what I am trying to figure out pheradrol is one of them and I think methyl-p might be similiar and there are a couple others

Had to miss Tuesday’s workout because my gym was closed for the fourth of July. Normally, today is a rest day (Wednesday). The difficult part will be having three workouts in a row without a rest day in there. My workouts on Thursday and Friday may suffer a little bit as a result. I will be running to my old supplement store on Saturday. I haven’t been there in such a long time because I have been buying off the net. It is called the Natural High (West Allis, Wisconsin) and used to be nat high . com on the net (it has a new address now).
Hey I’ll be running a cycle similar to yours, but I have a question about PCT. You know of any good products for pct that are legal? Right now I’m looking at an anti-e and maybe some IGF-1 and Alpha Male to cover all the aspects: anti-e of course, GH boost and restart of my natural T.
I see your numbers have gone up a lot since you started this log, and your upper body looks pretty good in your pic. But IMHO, you really need to start focusing more on legs. Your legs are pretty weak man. If you don’t mind the suggestion, take a look at Ian King’s ‘Limping’ series. Good luck

Overhead DB Triceps Ext., MTS High Rows, Seated DB Shoulder Presses, and Alt. Seated Cuban Presses were very challenging to struggle through. I hoping that is a product of not having that rest day inbetween my Tuesday and Thursday workouts. I will give these exercises one more week before I replace them. Today, Friday, is my last day of my natural month. I could start a new cycle on Saturday. I’m thinking of maybe going with Hyperdrol because my soon-to-be wife wants to try to have a child, after we get married. If I’m running a cycle, I know that we will not be successful.

My avatar is of me, last summer, after a clen-only cycle. At the time, I didn’t have access to weights so I was training with bodyweight only exercises. I had used my girlfriend’s camera to take that pic. We have separated so I haven’t had access to a digital camera. I am 19lbs heavier now and am training with free weights (I dropped the martial art classes so I could afford to go back to the gym). My legs have always been a weak point. That’s why I started doing upper/lower body workouts.
When I did the bodybuilding method of training them once per week, they feel way behind my upper body (which grows very quickly). I broke these into upper and lower body workouts after reading articles by Ian King and Dave Tate. What I really need to do is put my leg workouts before my upper body workouts, in the week. I know better but it is difficult to put it first because it is a weak point and I rarely see much progress.

Last day of my natural month. I have decided to not do another Phera Plex Cycle or Trenadrol/Methoxy TST Cycle. I weighed myself and I am at 209lbs. So I have not lost any of the weight that I have gained from my Phera Plex cycles. My soon-to-be wife wants to try for a child, within a few months so I am not doing another cycle for that reason.
I will be running Arginine, Zinc, Vitamin C, Coenzyme, Fish Oil, L-carnitine, Selenium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, DHEA as a substitute for Tribulus, Ginseng, and Clomid for a month, in hopes of ensuring success in our efforts.

I knew that nolva would not help with gyno, on a Superdrol or Phera Plex cycle. I did not know that it wasn’t supposed to be taken after. This is fine with me because I always preferred clomid anyways. He recommends stacking clomid with an AI (arimidex for example) for PCT.

I’m definitely staying clean. My buddy just picked up some test e from a pro bodybuilder and wanted me to start with him. I explained the situation. Shit, why couldn’t he have found it earlier?
He recommended stacking clomid (SERM) and aromasin (AI) together for a Phera Plex PCT. The aromasin is not supposed to have a negative impact on blood lipid levels.
25mg of aromasin would be the recommended dose.
A member from AR asked me to share my experiences with Phera Plex PCT so I wrote this up.
Phera Plex and Superdrol PCT Recommendations
Most of us, who have been on this board for some time, know that you need a PCT after a PP or SD cycle. New members ask why we need to take all of these substances after a cycle. During a PP or SD cycle, your natural testosterone production can shut down. For many individuals the reduced natural test while put a halt to your sperm production. This is a problem if you want to have a child. After you finish your cycle, it can take months before your body starts to produce test on its own. During this time, your strength levels will diminish, your body fat levels will rise, and you could suffer from depression and have the temptation to jump on again. This would only make matters worse.
What might a typical PCT look like?
Weeks 1-4 100mg of Clomid (SERM) and 25mg of Aromasin (AI)
Why not nolva? Superdrol and pheraplex are progestins which means that means that nolva can cause or make existing gyno worse. Macrophage69alpha (supplement guru): Clomid does not upregulate the PgR (as nolva does). After speaking with Macro, he recommended stacking clomid (SERM) and aromasin (AI) together. The aromasin is not supposed to have a negative impact on blood lipid levels, like other AI’s can.
What are some support supplements that I should be concerned with? Go to the supplement forum and examine, closely, Bryan2’s stickie on cholesterol, liver, and blood pressure support supplements.
Because SD and PP are progestins, they can be hard on your libido and your ability to have erections, during PCT. I’ve found that 800-1200mg of tongkat ali to be a good choice for libido purposes. As for the ability to have erections, then the cialis (or viagra) is the only way to go. I prefer cialis because it stays in your system for 36 hours. This lets you be more spontaneous, which your woman will appreciate.
For those of you wanting to make sure your sperm count and motility are up to par, here are some supplements and research chemicals that can help: Arginine, Zinc, Vitamin C, Coenzyme Q10, Flaxseed Oil, L-carnitine, Selenium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, DHEA, Panax Ginseng, Astragalus, Sarsaparilla, and Clomid. This is more of a concern for those wanting to father a child.
If you use hawthorn on the cycle for a support supp do you still need it to finish out pct ?
