Personal Testosterone Levels for Those Taking 200mg Enth or Cyp?

Would like to see what peoples typical test levels on when they get bloodwork while taking 200 mg test a week?

Interested to see if there is a general trend by taking into account everyones feedback?

If you don’t fit the description based on 200 mg tell us your levels and what doses you administer and how often?

My total T seems to be higher than most but here’s my levels on 185mg/week daily sub-q:
Total T - 1999
Free T - 36
E2 - 77

I’m on the 7th week of EOD IM 200mg and so far I prefer daily sub-q way more. I don’t have levels for the IM protocol yet.

I started at 200 mg weekly injections 6 years ago. My total T always came back >1500 ng/dL the day before my weekly injection (the trough). I had a lot of water retention at the time. Over the years, I’ve slowly reduced my dose and now I’m only at 77 mg/wk… 11 ml (22 mg) EOD Sub Q injections. I feel and look much better at this relatively low dose. My TT now fluctuates between 600 and 700 ng/dL.

What difference in feeling did you notice between the larger and smaller dose?

Here is one of my early on levels. On the right is was after 16 weeks of being at 200mg pw with one injection pw. The one on the left was after 8 weeks of being on 200mg pw, but eod injections. I go in for more blood work in 2 weeks. I’ve been on ed injections since the last blood work. Curious how they will differ. It’s interesting to see that my numbers improved with the same dosage, but with more frequent injections.

I felt pretty good at the higher dose, but my blood pressure came down and my body composition improved at the lower dose, which contributed to improved health and overall sense of well being. I was retaining a lot of water at the higher dose which made me look a little fluffy and probably caused the elevated blood pressure. None of my pre TRT symptoms returned at the lower dose.

Interesting

Everyone is different. Others need twice my dose to attain healthy levels. I also get side effects pretty easily such as oily skin, acne, and (as stated earlier) water retention; so I’ve learned to take a step back from the higher doses. However, if you looked at my body composition, you’d think I was on TRT, even at such a low dose. I have a good amount of lean muscle mass for my age, and I’m very vascular… borderline unnatural. I’m not after a bodybuilders physique though. I just want to feel good and be healthy.

You are on trt right?

Yes. I’m on TRT. Sorry for the confusion. My point is that at such a low dose its still pretty obvious. Not everyone will need 200 mg/wk to achieve a muscular physique. Obviously, 200 mg/wk will inevitably help you pack on more muscle, but it may come at the cost of water retention and other sides. Just my experience.

Yeah makes sense. The higher the dose the higher the risk of side effects.

I started TRT at 200 one time a week and after about 16 weeks it was 1,300. Now down to 175 and feeling really good but have not had labs to see where I’m at now

200/wk split into daily. 1500hcg also split daily.

1536 was last number having injectors 4-5 hours prior. Saw 1100-1300 putting off that shot until after blood tests. Also seen 880 when doing e3.5d same dose.

Came in at 1300 when doing 300wk split e3.5d without hcg.

So lots of variables other than your test dose ime.

Anyone else care to share? or at least a description of your test levels and how you run it?

200mg once weekly

Labs on day six:

Total test: 880-920 (250-1100)
Free test 200-220 (35-155)
SHBG 19 (10-50)
E2 ECLIA 50-55 (<39)
E2 LC/MS/MS 70-71 (<29)

What’s your body fat like? No AI? This is insanely good

Man! All these high E2 levels. The AI days really are over aren’t they? Have any of you guys with E2 > 40 ever had your E2 at mid range (approx. 20-25)? If so, do you feel a difference between now and then?

They’re being used less and less, but I think they have a place for some.

Yes. Since discontinuing anastrozole, my joints and lipids have improved dramatically. No high E2 side effects.

Good to know. I dropped the AI a week ago after 6 years of using it. I don’t feel any different yet. I like the idea of having improved health by letting your E2 naturally balance out. I’ll get bloods after 6 weeks of no AI to see if there are any improvements in health markers. It would be nice to see an increase in HDL.

Nice post! Thanks for sharing. Still interested to see some other peoples examples
