Fascinating… not… moving… while… walking…
Muy mysterioso
Lmao my bad I guess I didn’t explain that very well, don’t move out of the way when walking, like through the mall or on a sidewalk or something.
It’s even worse when they are so slow that they begin to moonwalk.
Seriously though, I know exactly what you’re talking about and I HATE it. It happens all the time where I live. The worst thing to me is when people see you coming and continue to walk two or three abreast on the sidewalks. I have to deal with tour groups all the time where I’m living now, and they basically fill the entire sidewalk. “Guess what folks, I’m not going into the street because you can’t respect the rules of the sidewalk!”

This is why it is nice to have long hair. Look distracted, casually tuck your hair behind your ear with the hand closest to whomever is headed for you…they can either move, or run into your elbow and look like a douche.

Another alternative is to gain a shit load of muscle.
Then people will move for you.

This just irritates the shit out of me. In an intelligent debate where I respectfully disagree with someone elses’ opinion, there is nothing that pisses me off more than someone interrupting me to contradict what I say before even taking the time to listen to it and consider it. Rather than raise my voice to speak over them and turn it into a shouting argument rather than debate, Ill usually just tell them that Im done discussing this and walk away in anger.
The only alternative that I know of would be hip tossing them and wrenching their shoulder out of its socket; but I was hoping for a less violent, yet equally effective method of verbally putting them into their place w/o turning the debate into an all out argument.
Frankly I don’t see how that can be anywhere near as irritating as someone finishing your sentence for you in a way that was different than what you intended. At least in the case you are complaining about, the other party is not representing his opinion as yours.
Not everyone can pull it off, but from observing certain people I think the best way to get the upper hand in most arguments is to do the following:
speak slowly and confidently, as though what you are saying is worth interrupting a struggle against 20 burning buildings to listen to, no matter how stupid or trivial what you are saying actually is
smile confidently
use cliches that encapsulate ideas in small numbers of words, but require larger numbers of words to rebut
when interrupted, wait for the interrupter to finish; then laugh confidently and pick up where you left off
