PCT Infertility

I’m running a beginner cycle where I’ve been taking Sust250 for about 4 weeks and now I’m doing 1/2mg of Sust400 roughly every 4 days for 7-9 weeks more.
Now I’m considering running a PCT with clomiphene after my cycle. Now, some people have said I don’t need a PCT because I’m only doing a beginner cycle. And I got told on another forum that PCTs can make you infertile.
So what’s your take on this?

You don’t “need” a PCT, but PCT helps get your HPTA running how it was before the cycle. The faster you get your balls producing on their own, the more gains you keep.

I haven’t heard of a PCT reducing fertility. In fact, clomid is one of the more popular medicines used by doctors for male fertility.

Don’t listen to your friend.

There are other side effects from using clomid for PCT, but reduced fertility certainly isn’t one of them.

Those ppl have lied to you

PCT is full of fertility drugs, so how would a PCT make you infertile? Again, you’ve been lied to my friend. Or are just getting your info on the shittiest forums the Internet has to offer

That’s not it.
It’s because hormones are terribly personal, especially when it comes to people with different heights, weights, metabolisms etc.
People have a tendency to assume that because it held/holds true for me and my bro, it must hold true for everyone.
This is how bro science spreads. That’s why I like to get my information from many sources and listen to the majority,
Thanks for your input!

Um… no sir. This whole statement makes you sound horribly ignorant. Everything @swoops39 just told you is backed by medical literature and studies. Its not bro science. The only part you are correct about here is the degree of response level in nature to the different compounds can vary but not their action.

I wasn’t saying that what he was saying was bro science, but I was saying that maybe what I’d heard was bro science rather than being, as he implied, outright lies.

Perhaps. Point is your HPTA is affected in as little as a couple weeks with shutdown completely occuring not much thereafter. I’ve seen a lot of guys who want to jump ship after a couple injections choose not to PCT. Thats probably ok, but a PCT wouldn’t hurt. However, even after a short or ‘beginner cycle’ you are shut down. PCT will only help the situation and certainly does not hurt fertility.

Thank you

Sarcasm is rough on the internet. I was implying that you got bad advice, not that ppl were necessarily lying to you. My attempt to be funny failed lol
