I did. it just took a long time and had bad side effects.

I saw my PCP and told him what my hobby was. He did some research and basically got me off everything cold turkey and I recovered over 6 months.
That was his method.
He did blood test panels every 3 months for a year to confirm I was coming back. He offered if I did not he could prescribe the usual PCT and if those didn’t work he would refer me to a specialist.
My levels did come back over the next 6 months and eventually back to pre-trt levels.
That was it. Slow and steady.
