What Pct would you suggest after 10 weeks 500mg solo test cycle?

Timing depends on the the Test ester. What were you using? Cyp? Enth? Prop?

Also, may i ask you which AI take whit that dosage of test and what dosage of AI take?
Only if i feel symptoms or starting with AI from the beginning?

First, Iā€™ve never needed an AI. I used to do blasts, and even then up to 500 mg it didnā€™t bother me. This is an individual response per person. I recommend having it on hand. If you feel like you need it or if you get labs that show you need it then start with a quarter tab or .25 mg two times per week.

Regarding your PCT, Test E will be mostly clear after three weeks. The best PCT in my opinion involves running hCG between your last pin of test, and when you start your Serm. You will stop the hCG after three weeks and start your Serm for four week duration. Your Serm would be Clomid, or Nolvadex Nolvadex is the most friendly of the two.

Same as every other cycle. One SERM dosed appropriately for 4-6 weeks
