You have high end SHBG with middle range total testosterone, which give you low free t. You could give it more time, like 6 months to see if your body is able to reach homeostasis, or go on TRT. You’re 40, this could even be age related, we will never know fully.

If you’re trying to go natural you need to test FSH and LH with your panel for any further labs.
The thing is I am not trying to go natural at all cost, at this point I just want to feel better, I just want to know if my bloods justify going on trt or I should be happy with those results even though my well being is far from optimal.
I contacted the clinic and see what they say , but would be good to hear opinion of other people who have similar experience too.
I got FSH and LH in the first test two months ago, they seemed middle of the range.
My free test is low my estrogen and shbg are high , you think that it can improve over time especially at my age? and seeing that test is not going up but down
I am kind of being impatient and not very optimistic is all
