My son is in Georgia visiting his mama for Christmas and new year’s.So I haven’t had anyone to help me load weights at the gym, so I just decided to make this a rest week.
I ended up hurting my right shoulder on Christmas Day. I went to transfer from my chair to my bed and something in it crunched and it has been sore ever since. It’s doing better now, so I should be good to go come Monday’s bench day hopefully
