Tried to do some benching today, but my right shoulder and pec are sore and irritated. So I decided that it’s probably best to not try and push it, and save my energy for my heavy bench Sunday. It’s one of the joys of having to be in a wheelchair all the time, it’s having F’d up shoulders all the time
