Drove to the gym today, so I did some different movements
Didn’t lift Friday. Started feeling a little like crap. So I went to the doctor yesterday, and turns out I have a UTI. I caught before it started getting bad and I’m on antibiotics now and already feel better. So if nothing happens I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow.
Also I got my left wrist checked because it’s been hurting me for months now. And I have some nasty tendinitis in it on the thumb side.
Anyone ever had that or know how to go about getting it better?
