I don’t know where some people come up with these ideas. You are absolutely right that they will work for him. Having more muscle mass and strength may make the cycle more efficient, but it will produce results regardless. Saying they will not work on someone with a smaller muscle mass is just plain stupid. They work on AIDS patients for Christ sake.

I believe they will indeed "work" for him. Frankly, they will even work for someone even "weaker" than his stats also quite nicely.....

Very amicable boys, excellent. Sounds like we pretty much got all of our thoughts out. I was probably talking down to you In the Zone Whatevas.
This guy is 31 years old, can lift good weight, and should do what he wants. THEY WILL WORK. for sure. You can be strong, and not have ‘large’ muscles; It has to do with your Nervous system. So, whatevers, ya know? Do it to it.

I am strong for my size but i am a hard gainer. I can very easily lose weight. I have tried many ways of lifting Light, heavy, low reps or high reps. I found i got good results with heavy weight and low reps but now i am just stuck, stuck, stuck!!! Its not just that im stuck at lifting a certain amount of weight but i am also not gaining any weight or looking bigger. I decided to go with lighter weight and higher reps to “shock” my muscles and of course of people say its looks like i gotten smaller. I have not taken any “real supplements” since last year and that was sus 250 for 8 weeks. Do you have an opinion on the 2 weeks on 4 weeks off dbol?
I thought the anabolic diet sounded great the first I heard about it, but after doing some research on it and seeing some peoples results, I would never do it. I would choose steroids over it any day. Without even trying it I know I would feel like absolute dog shit on that diet. Not to mention that it’s not exactly the healthiest diet out there either.

hey arcs, if I was you I would try the Anabolic Diet first. You will probably gain muscle very nicely, and can lose fat at the same time…You will be bigger for sure…
Then if that doesn’t do it for you, or if you don’t want to try it, then do your thing…[/quote]

Hey fire, I was like you too, but have been going through that thread and learning a lot about things that I was worried about before.
Like all the fat and cholesterol, bp, etc. It reasons that all the extra 'good fat' balances out the saturated shit. Anyway, disc hoss sounds like a pretty big bad boy and smart too, like I said there seem to be a ton of people I know through here that absolutely love it. I don't know, I figure I have to try it and see.
I ordered the book and am going to give it a go. I will let you know how it goes if you want, and let you know about bp. and other concerns we both have about the healthiness of it.
I have been cutting and am down to 196 from around 210 so far. I pretty much have run flat so that's why I am going to try it.
It takes a lot of reading but the more I read that thread the more guys like me and you who were skeptical seem to go on it as I keep reading. They say the same as you are, and then say they love it and get awesome gains and great fat loss.
Anyway I'm gonna guinea pig it out for us bro ok? lol..
